movetree
The movetree command-line utility allows you to move Active Directory objects, organizational units, computers, user accounts, and other objects to other domains within the same forest. That is the caveat for using movetree—all movement must be within the same forest. Some requirements must be met before you can successfully use movetree; the destination domain must have a domain functional level of Windows 2000 native or higher; you must have proper permissions on both source and destination computers; and there must be proper DNS name resolution with source and destination domains.
